The Douglas County Car Care Program, Inc. (DCCCP) is a 501 c 3 nonprofit corporation that is faith based and represents a community coalition uniting the social service agencies and faith-based social ministries addressing people in poverty challenged with transportation barriers.

The Douglas County Car Care Program (DCCCP) accepted the retirement notice of their Founder and Executive Director, Cliff Korkowski, effective December 15, 2018. To date, DCCCP has donated 235 cars and repaired 407cars for individuals and families in Douglas County. The Board will begin the formal search process in July.
The Mardag Foundation just awarded to the Douglas County Car Care Program a one-to-one (1:1) challenge grant to assist the DCCCP Program in the leadership transition. This meansthat
the Mardag Foundation will pay one dollar for each dollar raised in contributions from new donors or increased contributions from current donors in support of the DCCCP Leadership Transition Challenge Grant, up to a maximum of $10,000 in Mardag Foundation funds.
The mission of DCCCP is “Promoting Independence by Providing Car Care.” Our motto is, “Restoring Hope, One Car at a Time.”
